At the Poenenhof you can use a washing machine and a dryer free of charge.
We are also happy to offer you catering on request. Breakfast, half board and full board are available. Breakfast is from 8:30 am, lunch is from 12:30 pm and dinner starts at 6:00 pm.
After receiving our detailed booking confirmation, 50% must be paid within one week. The second half until six weeks before arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the tour price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the tour price.
In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge you 90% of the tour price.
If travel for tourism purposes is prohibited by the government, you can cancel free of charge and get your money back.
The minimum stay with us is 2 nights.
On the day of arrival you can enter the apartment from 2 pm. Arrival that takes place after 6 pm, please arrange with us. On the day of departure the apartment is at your disposal until 11 am.
Yes, we have enough parking spaces at the farm.
No, all our accommodations are offered and rented as non-smoking apartments.
Yes, in most of the apartments there is a crib at your disposal. Please contact us in time if this is not the case for your vacation apartment. We can also provide high chairs.

In the apartments WLAN is available free of charge.
No, with us you do not have to pay a tourist tax.
In the village center of Uedem, 2 kilometers away, you will find some stores for your daily needs. Among others, Edeka, Aldi Süd, dm, Netto and bakeries.
